- Apply & Get Approved Submit your company information and required documentation.
- Create Your Operator Profile Once approved, you’ll receive login access to manage your profile and bookings.
- Receive Booking Requests Clients submit quote requests based on location. You’ll receive:
- Email notification
- Dashboard notification
- Review Trip Details Requests include:
- Travel dates (single-day or multi-day)
- Pickup & estimated return times
- Pickup and destination locations
- Number of passengers
- Special requests
- Send a Quote You set:
- Total price
- Deposit (50%) or full payment requirement
- Notes or conditions
- Get Paid Securely Once the client accepts and pays, the booking is confirmed. Payments are processed weekly or monthly.

- Commission: 2% per completed booking This covers:

📅 Booking & Payment Rules
- Clients must request a quote first
- A deposit locks the booking date
- Full payment is required before the trip date
- Only confirmed & paid bookings are binding
📸 Bus Listing Requirements (IMPORTANT)
Each bus listed on the platform must include clear photos, including:
- Exterior front view
- Exterior side view
- Interior seating
- Luggage space (if applicable)
Photos help clients:

Low-quality or missing photos may delay approval.
✅ Required Documentation (Costa Rica)
Operators must upload:
- Valid vehicle insurance
- Current Marchamo
- Up-to-date DEKRA inspection
- Driver’s license for each chauffeur
- Professional contact information
Documents must remain valid at all times.
🧑💼 Operator Responsibilities
Operators are expected to:
- Respond to requests promptly
- Provide accurate pricing
- Maintain vehicles in good condition
- Honor confirmed bookings
- Communicate professionally with clients
Failure to comply may result in suspension.
🌎 Service Areas
Booking requests are routed by location (province/city).
As the platform grows, your exposure grows without additional advertising costs.

To maintain our reputation as the safest way to book transportation in Costa Rica, all partners must agree to:
• Platform Integrity: All pricing, quotes, and initial communications must stay within the Transporte Digital dashboard.
• Real Fleet Photos: Upload high-quality, real photos of the exact vehicles you list (interior and exterior).
• Quality Standards: All vehicles must have working A/C, be clean and professional, and maintain all legal permits (MOPT / Consejo de Transporte Público).
• Reliability: Once a deposit is paid, the booking is a firm commitment. Any cancellations must be reported to Admin immediately.
